About me

My Name is Jacob Utermöhlen and I am currently a year 10 student. For quite a while now I’ve been fascinated by robotics, electronics and software. Since I can remember I’m curious and try to learn as much as possible about things I care.

In 2025 I firstly participated in the national science and robotics competition Jugend-Forscht with my robot dog SCOUT and finished second on state level. Immediately after I started IRAS, my new robot arm.

Currently IRAS is in an early stage, as I’m only 2 month into the project. IRAS is my biggest project so far and I’ll compete with him at next years competition.
